Returns, Refunds, Dispatch & Delivery Policy

Orders must be paid in advance of delivery. Once the order is placed it cannot be cancelled.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

  • The goods are in the original packaging

  • If the product is different to what was ordered and shown on the invoice

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Contact info@mabanservices to assist you with return address in Western Australia.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Dispatch & Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 business days of receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Methods & Costs

We offer standard delivery via courier to residential address or freight company to commercial addresses. Shipping costs are calculated at time of the quotation based on your location and order weight. For specific delivery times, please refer to the freight company tracking number.

We currently deliver to addresses within Australia. Please contact us if you have questions about delivery to other locations.
